Canadian Payroll

One of our new jobs will be done in Canada and we will be using a third party to pay our Canadian employees. We want to keep our employee's labor in our G/L in Canadian dollars and will be processing them like we would in our current payroll. What steps will we need to take to have this process set up? Will we need certain AAI's or Payroll AAI's (our workers are union)?
