Invalid Oracle XML Database

Hi,

We have succesfully upgraded database from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.4 (in-place upgrade). Now I want to manually instal Oracle XML Database, but after installation status is INVALID.

Utlrp says "XDB now invalid, could not find xdbconfig".

Problem seems to be in package DBMS_RESCONFIG, which has problem with RESOURCE_VIEW.

I have tried deinstal/install XDB, but with no luck.
