11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 failed with error on GETCONTROLPOINT during Spatial portion of upgrade via DBUA

Upgrading EBS 12.1.3 database upgrade from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 failed with error on GETCONTROLPOINT during upgrade of Spatial when run via DBUA. I aborted the upgrade and initated restores. I do not find anything regarding this error on MOS. Any ideas?
