Does JDE E1 has project management capabilities?

Hi All,

Our client is a construction company and they are looking for Project Management features for the Project and Cost Control departments; I know that JDE E1 9 can be integrated with Primavera and it has the Job Cost Module for the financials but I do not have the knowledge about the capabilities that the system can provide to the end users in regards of project management!!! For example JDE E1 can provide Dashboards, Cost/Budget/Funding Control but what about Program & Project Management Solution, Conceptual Estimating, Vendor Pre-qualification, Online Bidding, Visual Configurable Workflow, Document Management with Integrated Viewer and Lease Management.
