Deployment Server 9.1 MTR question

We are in the process of intalling deployment server TR 9.1 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit.

One of the MTR mentioned for Deployment server 9.1 TR is Visual Studio 2008 SP1 RunTime.

Questions:

1. Do I need to install 32 or 64-bit of Visual Studio 2008 SP1 RunTime

2. Previous 898/812 required full installation of Visual Studio 2005 professional, does this release 9.1 TR require full Visual Studio 2008 or just Visual Studio 2008 SP1 RunTime which is a small executable

3. Is this Visual Studio 2008 SP1 RunTime free or licensed download
