Impact of windows update on JDE Enterprise and deployment server

Hello,

I am working as JDE CNC. I am not aware about the windows update on the server. Can you please help to know about the below question..

We need to install the patches from the microsoft on the windows JDE enterprise and deployment server. so Is there any impact of these windows update on the JDE services or ODBC connection?

Please find  two screenshots of the exact windows update in the attachment.
