New Inventory Adjustment Doc Type

Just wanted to check something with the Distribution Experts

I want to set up a new document type that should act exactly the same as IA's (inventory adjustments) - except that the DMAAI's will be different. There's not a lot of documentation on this but so far I've found that I need to add this to UDC 00/DT (obviously!). I also found UDC's 09/AA and 40/AA that I assume have to be updated? Is there any other setup we would need to do for this to work?

Another question is about the R47121 processing options. We normally have a 3rd party interface that creates the F47121/122 records with the desired DCT. If we change our interface so that some records come in as IA's and some come in as I1's, would the same version of the R47121 be able to process both types as inventory adjustments? I am asking because I have tried this already and it seems to work despite the R47121 processing options. On the "Document Types" tab you can only specify one document type for "+" transactions (in our case it's set to IA)
