ServProv Tender Response Servlet Pickup date field in OTM 6.1.6

In OTM 6.1.6, we spot bid our shipments to carriers. In order to get a better range of bids we would like to display a date range in the Pickup Date field on the Tender Response Servlet.

Our order releases have a date range set say a week 9/8-9/12 in the early/late pickup date fields, early/late delivery dates are blank with date emphasis on the order release set to BOTH.  When  OTM builds a shipment it is setting the pickup date to the earliest available date, in this case 9/8 and displays the start date as 9/8 on the service provider tender response screen.
