R12.1.1 URL not connecting in personal laptop with host only ethernet enabled in Virtualbox

Hi Gurus,

I installed R12.1.1 in my personal laptop. I am using virtual Box to import .vmdk file and connected R12.1.1 instance in Linux OS.

The instance URL is opening in Linux and i am able to open Instance. But when i am trying to open in Win7 the url is not opening.

FYI: I gave IP in win7 as xxx.yyy.56.101

                     Linux eth0 as xxx.yyy.56.102

and i tried pinging in win7 and linux with 102 & 101 respectively. Its pinging.

Kindle help me to resolve this issue.
