How can we display or search for Knowledge Base Solutions from Technician Portal?

How can we display or search for Knowledge Base Solutions from Depot Repair Technician Portal? I am able to search for them from the Workbench form but couldnt find anything related to Knowledge Base on the Technician Portal (Evaluation Tab). Please help.
