EBS R12.2 : adop -status does not reflect the correct status

Hi,

We cloned a TEST env from PROD (R12.2.3).   When we took a backup of production ,   the status was

	CUTOVER	COMPLETED	17-AUG-14 06:08:
32 -04:00	17-AUG-14 06:19:34 -04:00	0:11:02
	CLEANUP	NOT STARTED

In the cloned env,   I executed adop phase=cleanup  , and it completed successfully.   However, the status has not changed.    It still shows as

CLEANUP   NOT STARTED

    Phase: cleanup

    Log file: /f00/applmgr/fs_ne/EBSapps/log/adop/9/adop_20140904_161656.log

    CLEANUP phase seems to have been already done
