Essbase ASO data variances after upgrade from 9.3.1 to 11.1.2.3

I'm currently performing an upgrade of Essbase from 9.3.1 to 11.1.2.3.

All applications are ASO. The current issue is that we are seeing very small variances in data after migration.

The largest variance I have seen (using Excel Add-in/Smartview) is 0.0001, which is less than a penny, but we are unsure where this is coming from.

It seems like rounding/aggregation related.

Below was the upgrade approach.

1. Copy essbase.cfg settings from source to target

2. Create shell application and database in target

3. Use migration wizard to migrate outline, properties, and objects to target.

4. Export lvl0 data from source and transfer data file to target
