hello,

Errors applying  the ODP Patch 8278480 (base software) in centralized environment

after DB upgrade. DB version is now 11.2.0.3 with PSU10.

After some ODP issues, we are  now getting messages such the below ones and the patch is not applied:

AutoPatch found some files which it will not apply.
