Is it possible to access iProcurement in internet anywhere outside intranet?

Hi All,

This question looks more funda to accept and answer but still i need to know the feasibility.

Is it possible to access iProcurement in internet like Sourcing supplier and iSupplier portal supplier responsibilities? Kindly post me its feasibility, if not advise me why its not necessary.

This query araised mainly because of the word i(Internet)Procurement.

Assumed Business Requirement: There may be a chance where requester needs to raise requisition while outside Intranet also right.(I know cloud instance can be accessed in internet which allows all resp access but still i am expecting a way to access iproc in outside network like sourcing supplier)
