User is unable to delete or add a second attachment on Invoice for some invoices

Hi there,

Some users are unable to add a second attachment (or delete the first) to some invoices - not all.


Does anyone know of any restrictions on this?  I have checked profiles etc. 

Navigation:

Payables Resp :> Invoices > Entry > Invoices > click on attachments icon

Every suitable action is greyed out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
