FSG Outputs Description for C of A Segments

Hello all, I have used EBS for quite few years but never got round to using FSG. In my very early attempts to enhance my knowledge I have can not seem to rid myself of the narratives for each of the segments of the the Chart of Accounts and Ledger Name. You can see this in the attached. I am pretty sure I have not requested this.

In the attached:

C = Company

G = Group

A = Analysis

Acc = Account

Spa = Spare

Thanks in advance & sorry for posing such a low level (but frustrating) question
