REQ rows removed from Proj Resource without associated RRV rows

Greetings MOSC,

On 9.1, testing bundles 25-30. Bundle 26 appears to have the following fix: "Project Costing*Purchasing Integration*We modified the code so that requisition rows will be deleted from the PROJ_RESOURCE table after running PC_PO_TO_PC when requisition is closed with open quantity as zero and no open or closed purchase order is associated with it."

Unfortunately it is not removing the requisition reversals and that is making pre-encumbrance understated. I haven't seen anything in Knowledge, but thought I would throw it out here, in case anyone has seen a fix, before I log SR.
