Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Attachments uploaded in Forms do not appear in Self Service

Hello,

We have an activity routing attachment for a PM that was uploaded in Forms. We use the attachment category of Operation Attachments.

When a PM is generated, the attachment does not display on the PM Work Order in Self Service.

How do we get the attachments from Forms to display on the PMs in Self Service?
