All Oracle EBS Preferred/Monitoring Credentials Statuses show 'down'

I was checking on my credentials in OEM and was surprised to find that all of my Oracle E-business Preferred Credentials show a red down arrow.  Is there something that would make ALL of them show down?  The Hosts and Agents are all green.  Oracle E-business suite nodes are green (a few have a pesky metric collection error). Also my E-business Suite Monitoring Credentials are all down/red as well.   We have not changed our passwords either.   I am using 12.1.0.4.0
