Hyperion Planning and IE11 index.jsp

We are trying to get Hyperion Planning working with IE11 and I understand Doc ID 1920566.1.  But our user community now has the ability to install IE11 and are requesting why it does not work with HyP? An enterprise rollout of IE11 is scheduled for November.  We have 2 load balanced Foundation services web servers and we have tried the IE=EDGE and remove BpmLauncher.jsp from the index.jsp in the war temp directory of FoundationServices0 and FoundationServices1.  It worked when we originally did it on FoundationServices0, but after we did it on FoundationServices1 and restart server the changes to the index.jsp are not seen when we view the page source? Can someone please help to identify
