EM12c event notification link address

In the notification emails, the links are adding the physical machines port to the load balancer name for the value of the target name and message in the message. When you click on the link, you get an "Unable to Connect" message.

Is:

https://oem.gslb.abc.com:7799/em/redirect?pageType=TARGET_HOMEPAGE&targetName=db003.abc.com&targetType=oracle_database

Should be:

https://oem.gslb.abc.com/em/redirect?pageType=TARGET_HOMEPAGE&targetName=db003.abc.com&targetType=oracle_database

Is there a way to correct this?
