Failed forms APXVDMVD, APXINWKB

Hi,

Apps 11.5.10.2.

Do not know the version of the Forms yet. Lot of bad bind variable 'parameter.G_query_find'

in APXINWKB form.

After Apply APR 14 CPU Patches we are  Unable to generate the  form APXVDMVD, APXINWKB

Apps:-

     Apr14:17631900 : NLSlanguages- US

- Pre patches need to be installed:

   17851150: NLSlanguages- NLS List could not be verified

- Post patches

     5307530:  NLSlanguages- US

       18115917:  NLSlanguages- US
