Showing other legal entity transactions

Dear All,

I have done all security setup on responsibilities but it is not working while assign to user.

For Example:

Two legal entities (A and

I have created two responsibilities and i have done UNX Security Wizard setup on each responsibility

CM-Legal A (Access of Legal Entity A only)

CM-Legal B (Access of Legal Entity B only)

When i assign CM-Legal A to User 1, System is showing transaction of Legal A

but When i assign both responsibilities to User 1, System is showing all transactions of both legal entities in CM-Legal A responsibility.

How can i restrict it to responsibility level.
