Cluster start error on RHEL-5 after unexpected power failure

Hi,

I am getting the following error while trying to start cluster. The system was down unexpectedly due to power failure. after that while trying to start I am getting this error.  


2014-09-07 17:04:01.074: [ CSSCLNT][3142562288]clssscConnect: gipc request failed with 29 (0x16)

2014-09-07 17:04:01.075: [ CSSCLNT][3142562288]clsssInitNative: connect failed, rc 29

2014-09-07 17:04:01.075: [  CRSRTI][3142562288] CSS is not ready. Received status 3 from CSS. Waiting for good status ..

DB version: 11.2.0.1

OS: RHEL 5

SAN storage and using ASM.

Its a two node cluster and on both node having the same problem.

Please advice if anyone have any idea.
