Service Request Mass Update

Hello Service Gurus,

I have a question on the Mass Update feature of Service Requests?

1. Is it possible to add search criteria?

2. On the Search results displayed, is it possible to add columns in the search results that are not in the list of available columns in the Maintaain/Create Search page?

For example, I wanted the ability to search by operating unit stamped on the Service Request and also have it displayed in the Search Results?

Is this supported?
