Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Generate Barcode for Item number contain spaces

Hi,

I am using WMS and mobile devices to receive and pick inventory items

Our item master contains spaces which causes problems for barcode. A gap is created in between the barcode because of the space

In my previous company I remember replacing the spaces with % and this will by-pass the system. This was in version R12.1.3

In my latest version R12.2.3, the same idea cannot be apply. The MWA treat the % as part of the item number and therefore I cannot by-pass the system

Is there any special setup??
