Auto-Submission of Charges

Hello,

Can auto-submission of charges be restricted by SR status, SR operating unit, etc.?

The only options I see are actual exceed estimates, specific bill-tos, specific conditions on charge line amounts, manually overidden charges, SRs of specific types, spcific conditions on total SR amounts.
