Service Providers in the Address Book.

In order to setup users to use the Asset Maintenance modules
they are to be setup as Service Providers in the Address Book. Is there a way
to do this for a number of Address Book Records in a batch mode. In the present
scenario a lot of users need to access the Asset Management modules, how to do
them all in one go.

Adding one by one using Address Book is cumbersome process.

Or this has to a one time Custom Table conversion during Go-Live?
