Hiring Manager access to applicants

Is there a way to give the Hiring Manager role to a manager and allow them to see only the job openings that are assigned to them, either by row level security or putting them on the hiring team.

The problem we have is when a Hiring Manager is given the correct row level security, they are able to see the correct jobs that they have access to view but when they click on the applicants that have applied for that specific job, they are able to see all of the jobs that applicant has applied for. We only want the hiring manager to see the specific job that is relevant to them and not all the other jobs the applicant has applied for.
