Is it possible to have approvals for OQs?

Hello. I would like to start using the OQ functionality in my company. Currently we have a process where we create an OR, we have it approved, and then we create the OP. Thing is sometimes requestors can add 10, 20, 30 lines in an OR, and it's more than 1 supplier that would quote for those materials. So instead of having the buyers call the requestors and ask them to make new ORs, we'd like to create OQs, so we can select which supplier will quote for every line, and profit on the quote suppliers tools, and then release
