Reorganize Tablespace - DPIMP

Hello,

Just hoping to canvas some opinions,

I have a database weighing in at around 4TB, all datafiles aside from temp, undo, system etc are held within DATA tablespace.

The data tablespace is about 3.5TB of which 500GB is free space, all datafiles are 16GB

I want to reclaim the 500GB, shrinking the datafiles will only reclaim about 50GB of the 500 due to HWM.

It looks like the only option is to reorganize the DATA tablespace

Downtime is not easily tolerated on the database, so a full export and import is not desirable.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience of or knows if the following would be possible:
