Issue with Reversal Adjustment API.. Status showing as Waiting for Approval

When we are trying to process the Adjustment Reversals thorugh oracle standard API. (Reverse Adjustment). Reversal Adjustment got created but the status in comments showing as "Waiting for Approval". Will API take care of approvals or do we need to pass any additional parameters to API??

Please suggest on this??
