What is the time used for Oracle EAM to calculate - the employee type of resource cost ?

When you finish a work order you have two sources of time.

The resource and time that you can charge for each operation

Or the total time in the Work Order Complete page - You capture the actual initial date and time, and actual final date and time. And this time migth be diferent from the resources charged.
