Chanege in Refresh Materialized Views for Order Sales program with respect to R12

Hello,

We are in process of upgrading to R12.1.3 from R11.5.10 version.

I got know that, OZF-TM:  Refresh Materialized Views for Order Sales program doesn't have the ability to run on Incremental basis (the way it use to work in R11).

In R12 it seems we need to run OZF-TM : Funds Accrual Engine program instead of OZF-TM:  Refresh Materialized Views for Order Sales.

We have never used this Funds Accrual Engine in R11 so if someone can help us to understand on below points

1) More details on parameters used for this Program?

2) What should be the frequency (in 11i we use to run Refresh Materialized Views every 4hrs)?
