Compensation Query

Hi All,

One question:

Salary and Performance > Manage Compensation > Annual Pay Determination Process, Salary and Performance > Manage Compensation > PMP and 3x3 Maintenance.

Do we have something like this features or functionality in our Compensation module?

Just could you let me know in brief what and how is functionality of Compensation Module linked with the Employee HR Information.
