Shipment and Booking history collection

Hi Team,

We have some queries and issue with the shipment and booking history collections data.

Basically we have an issue reported by customer stating that some of the Bookings data and Shipment data is not visible in demantra.

For ex An item has previous bookings and shipments are closed for different line levels for an order, But there is no data visibility in workbench.

(FYI : I had run recently shipment and booking collections for 6 month period during the collection window - netchange - Absolute (01 Jan-2014 to 05 Sep-2014) All parameter yes(booking and shipment)

I had seen this order is booked  date : 13-MAY-2014
