Project Manufacturing - Item cost on projects

Hi,  We are doing annual item cost update of all items and as a result of this open Work orders gets revalued if the cost of some of the items which have already been issued changes. If the work order is linked to a project and task and the supply type was PUSH for some items, the cost of the item has already been transferred to the project, how is the additional cost due to the Item cost update get transferred to the project?
