HSTBAR.xla appearing in the formula for one particular user

We have just recently upgraded to HFM 11.1.2.3.500 with SmartView version 11.1.2.3.000. We have one particular user that gets HSTBAR.xla displayed before all her HSGET formulas.  it is not the entire C:\Oracle\Smartview\Bin. It just shows HSTBAR.xla. This prevents her from properly refreshing her Smartview files.  Other users myslef included do not have this issues.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled SmartView twice. Any thoughts what else may be causing this problem?
