User access by Inventory Organization

Hi,

Is there a  way in Oracle EBS r12.1.3 to restrict users by inventory organization?    This is not about setting up the profile option MO:Opearting unit.

For e.g. User BOB can only see  data such as items, orders for Inventory Organization - ABC

               User JOHN can only see data such as items, orders for inventory organization - DEF

Both can not see each other's data.

I am aware of the Organization access form in Inventory responsibility.  But that would require creating two identical responsibilities for the scenario explained above.  We do not want to do that.  As, in our setup, it would result in just too many custom responsibilities.
