Report Manager FSG publication of hang up periodically with Excel 2010 on Windows7

We are on R12.1.3 and utilize Report Manager.  We are currently trying to upgrade our Citrix enviroment from Excel 2003 on XP to Excel 2010 on Window7.  Excel 2003 on XP we have not had any issues with publishing reports from report manager.  When testing report publication from Report Manager using Excel 2010 on Windows7, it will work some times but periodically it will fail to publish and will cause Excel to be unresponsive.  The Excel window will display the FSG report template but will never finish the publication.  I have to force excel to close.  If I try and
