Recieve Posting Edit Code N is Invalid on Budget Original screen when downloading from spreadsheet

When downloading accounts from a spreadsheet to Budget Original receive Posting Edit Code N is invalid. If I enter the accounts manually do not receive the error. I remember this being an issue a couple of years ago, but can't find the ESU. Has this issue returned. This is in 9.1.

Let me know if anyone is seeing this
