Assignee information to Install Base Instance from Order Management / Assignee Maintenance

Hello All,

Couple of issues I would appreciate any insight on how to handle or if even possible within EBS.  We are on 12.1.2.

1) I have a requirement to provide who the product is assigned to information for certain install base instances when originally shipped to the customer.  The preference would be to enter this information in Order Management and have it flow automatically into Install Base.  This assignee would be for the final end user of the product and will not be a Bill To or a Ship To contact.  Our customers are expecting us to maintain this information for them.
