Using Third Party Technician Role

Hi, We have a business scenario where the field activity is outsourced to third party vendors and hence we were trying to map the flow to newly introduced Third Party Service Provider flow in R12. I was able to create a task and get it assigned to TPO group. However am not sure how to get this executed through a TPO technician. I wanted to model TPO group administrator assigning the task to the TPO technician and technician finally completing the task. For this I created a new employee, imported that as a resource with roles 'Field Service Third Party
