OAK 2.10 is now quite some time ago - i.e. July security patches can't be applied

I keep our databases up to date with security patches

In fact we are obliged to by various agreements

Now if we can't patch the db due oak updates being delayed what do we do?

It is September and July patches can't be applied to our prod systems on the ODA

Can we apply the July 11.2.0.4 db PSU using opatch ?
