Is JavaSE6 update45 also blocked Since September 10?

my customer enviorment is as follows:

oracle Forms Developer10g + JavaSE6 update45 + Windows7+IE8

microsoft has published that Since September 10 JavaSE6 update81 previous ActiveX control of Java were blocked by default.

Question#1

oracle Forms Developer10g is using JavaSE6 update45 that is also  blocked?

If so,how to deal with this issue?

Could you give me some advice?
