Material Availability Date and Suggested Ship Date pushing off by 1 day from Plan run

We have Sales order with PTO model having one child item which is expense item and plan enabled.

But , on the planning work bench , we could see that for the expense item alone, Material Available date and the Sugg Ship Date is 1 day later than the plan run date.

What might be the reason eventhough lead time is set 0
