Add prefix in PO Receipt Number Generation

Hi All,

I want to generate PO receipt number as follows

->  organization code||fin year||sequance no

eg: IND/2014/35

and we done receiving option setup as

1) receipt number generation - Manual

2) receipt number type -alphanumeric

my question is that how i can do through form personlization or is there any method for the same
