trouble downloading STB, is there a problem?

It says "You do not have the required access privilege to download this patch” (Services Tools Bundle (STB) 8.5.14.9.9  ) refers. Tried my MOS and several customers MOS who have registered SPARC servers, all getting the same thing. I am a SUN GOLD partner with CSI's etc.

Anyone else having this problem, any other way to get STB for SPARC x64?
