Faster replication - Integrated vs classic?

Currently our GG replication is configured in classic mode, from ggmon heartbeat, i am noticing around 6 sec for every transaction from source to target which includes i.e extract+pump+replicat.

My question if i changed  capture mode to intergrated local will it be faster? Can i achieve the real time data flow?
