Oracle forms are not opening

Till yesterday our oracle application was working fine. to day only we got problem with login, unable to login with oracle forms.

it showing below error message.

Java(TM) was blocked because it is out of  date and needs to be updated. even i click on update button also java updating from version 6 to 7 but oracle forms are not opening.

can you please suggest it what could be the reason.

i searched risk of it. i got some thing from google. and here i attached the screen shot also.
